When Diana & Jack contacted me about photographing their 620 Loft and Garden elopement, I got so excited I squealed. This has been a dream venue of mine for quite a while–the incredible views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the bustling midtown streets, along with a gorgeously manicured rooftop garden–it’s an elegant, iconic New York City wedding venue and a photographer’s playground!
Diana & Jack wanted some beautiful wedding portraits in Central Park before the ceremony. They had engagements done at Bethesda Fountain and Terrace a few months ago,(by another photographer) but weren’t happy with all the crowds in their photos. My secret for avoiding the crowds is always to go EARLY! The light is always better and we minimize the crowds.
These two are so sweet, not only to each other and their families, but to me as well! I couldn’t believe how kind thoughtful they were about every little thing. They have elegant, sophisticated New York style and their wedding day was the perfect iconic New York City Elopement!
Diana & Jack invited their closest friends and family who were able to attend, and broadcast the ceremony over Zoom to those who couldn’t make it. Afterwards, the group headed to the Rockefeller Center for drinks!
